Not only is there a space to suit everyone, but you’ll find loads of great specials throughout, from $10 weekend cocktails in The Botanical, to $4.50 happy hour schooners in the Public House.

Opening its doors last month on the outskirts of Barangaroo, Solera is a plush new small bar with a penchant for proper French Champagne. Expect a healthy dose of velvet and marble, to complement the considered food and drinks offering, running to modern eats and supremely innovative cocktails. In an Aussie first, the tables here feature built-in cooling systems, ensuring some of the best bubbly quaffing you’ve ever experienced.
The Duke Of Clarence New Bars January
The Barber Shop crew have unveiled their latest project – a proper English pub named after the guy who would go on to become King William IV. Decked out with authentic building materials and vintage furniture sourced from across the UK, The Duke of Clarence sure looks the part, right down to the 12-metre long bar and the cosy library nook. Expect a huge array of spirits from the British Isles, a line-up of cask ales and some top-notch cocktails.
The Pool x Pier One New Bars January
This season, luxury harbourside hotel Pier One is embracing summer with its very own pop-up pool bar. Dubbed simply The Pool By Pier One, it boasts an actual plunge pool, plus a private pontoon where guests can sip cocktails and tuck into Aussie summer fare – all with the Sydney Harbour Bridge working as a majestic backdrop. It’s open on a first come, first served basis, running until the end of February.
